Right of withdrawal and return policy
Perimeter
For goods sold on the LORRTEC RACING PARTS website and except for the exceptions listed below, the customer may, within fourteen (14) days of the delivery of his product(s) or the final validation of his order, exercise his right of withdrawal by notifying us in accordance with Article 9.2 hereof.
Some products listed in the article L221-28 of the Consumer Code cannot be the object of a right of retraction from the customer.
These include:
- The supply of goods made to the specifications of the consumer or clearly personalized.
- The supply of goods which have been unsealed by the consumer after delivery.
Modality
Prior to any return of a product, the customer must notify LORRTEC of his intention to withdraw.

Return of products
In accordance with the provision of Article L221-23 of the Consumer Code, the customer must return the product within fourteen (14) days after communication of his decision to withdraw.
The customer must return the product under the conditions defined in the LORRTEC RACING PARTS General Terms and Conditions.
Return shipping costs
The cost of returning the products is the responsibility of the customer. The transport of the returned products is the responsibility of the customer.
The customer can use the service of a carrier of his choice to return the products.
Reimbursement
The return of all products will result in a refund equal to the total amount paid by the customer, i.e. the purchase price of the product(s) and any delivery charges.
The refund will be made within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt by LORRTEC of the request to exercise the right of withdrawal.
The refund will be made by the same means of payment as the one used by the customer on his order, except if the customer expressly authorizes LORRTEC to make the refund by another means of payment.
However, the customer is informed that this refund period is deferred until the product is recovered by LORRTEC or until the customer has provided proof of shipment of the product concerned. Proof of product is understood to be any means of proving the shipment of the product concerned to LORRTEC without any possible dispute.
How to return a product
The concerned product must be returned to LORRTEC :
- Correctly protected in its original packaging, accompanied by all possible accessories, instructions and documentation, labels; in perfect condition for resale (not damaged or soiled)
- Accompanied by the sales invoice in order to allow the latter to identify the customer (order number, surname, first name, address)
- Without the product having obviously been the object of a durable use (beyond a few minutes), i.e. provided that the products do not bear the mark of a prolonged use and are in a state allowing the resale.
It is essential that LORRTEC be able to identify the customer who made the return in order to proceed with the refund. Otherwise, the processing of returns and the refund period will be lengthened.
