Drive kit (prim.+sec.) STM Can Am X3 Fia flange
This kit has been developed with the set up for vehicles with FIA regulations / turbo flanged, it includes:
- RAGE 4WCP Drive / Primary Clutch :
The completely redesigned STM Rage 4WCP primary clutch features a wider, thicker, more durable spider with our new composite spider roller bushings for long life and quiet operation. The new design uses a captured pin with set screws for maximum durability and ease of use. In addition to the new captured pin design, we have all new composite cam arm bushings for long life in harsh environments. We also added a fixed vane pulley for increased airflow and cooler operation.
The Rage 4WCP primary offers two different styles of adjustable cam arms. The AFP weight series is used for RS-1 and low power turbo applications. The HB series weights feature a “humpback” design and offer good belt grip on the bottom end and impressive mid to high speed performance, especially on higher horsepower machines.
Included with the clutch is a weight attachment kit to calibrate the cam arms. A compression tool for changing the clutch weights or spring without removing it from the engine is available separately.
The Rage 4WCP uses the STM PATV or PS style springs available on our website. The clutch will be shipped fully assembled with the Lorrtec specification supplied. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the clutch is properly calibrated for their machine according to the instructions provided. This clutch uses the OEM belt specified for your machine. Replacement belts can also be used, but most of the time a replacement belt will require a slightly different calibration for maximum performance/life. This clutch can be used with the OEM secondary clutch or the STM billet Tuner secondary clutch.
- +Variator / Clutch Secondary TRAIL STM TUNER SECONDARY :
It is a fully cut-to-size construction capable of using compression springs with different ratios. We have many different helix angles.
Can be used with stock primer or STM primer. The best results are obtained when performed simultaneously with the Pirmary STM.
Will NOT work with adaptable seals. (OEM only)
Remember that we can only get as close to the perfect set-up as the information provided. Everyone’s riding style is different, so it’s up to the customer to make the final adjustment!
